I ordered the Green color Ajazz 820 Pro with "Flying switches" on 03/April/2024 which was on Pre Order and it stated shipping will begin on 10/April/2024.
But shipping was done only on 26/April/2024 with the slowest shipping mode as possible.
It arrived at my door step on 02/May/2024. And guess what? My order was messed up, I received the Purple color with "Gift switches". Both the color of the keyboard and switch type were messed up.
When I complained about this issue to the website owner, he told me to wait so that there is a chance that green one might arrive in his next stock.
But I waited till 13/May/2024 without touching/using the keyboard believing that the green one might arrive and i can return the purple one back.
But even after that the color and switches i ordered never came and he was hesitant to even reply to my polite messages. Completely frustrated.
Whatever you order from this site either keyboad, switches or keycaps. I guess they will take their own sweet time to ship them and also they will ship what ever they have in stock and never care about what option you chose while ordering.
Then they will never care to respond to your messages. If you are able to put up with these, then this website is the best in India to order from.
So in total I have been in constant frustation for 40 days with no proper response from the seller. Unable to use the keyboard.
I have to check whether the one which he sent works properly or not. That is another big puzzle i have to solve next.
NOTE:-
There were some negative reviews for this keyboard, but all of a sudden they disappear. Not sure whether the website owner removes the 1 or 2 star reviews.
Maybe mine will also be taken down soon being a negative review with low stars.
The Keyboard provides a thockky sound without the need of modding. It's build well and the screen looks cool af.
After reading all the reviews about HC delivery delays i was skeptical before buying this keyboard since i didn't wanna wait 3-4 months for delivery. So i just contacted the guy who owns and runs this website about the availability of the keyboard he told me that grey colour is available with gift switches other variants are not. So i crossed my fingers and ordered the keyboard. And to my surprise it arrived in 8 days after ordering. I would suggest you just msg the guy before ordering about the products availability.
The product in itself was safely packed and even the box was in perfect condition. While the delivery took time due to public holidays, the entire process was smooth. Would recommend it to anybody looking for a budget keyboard.
it sounds super good out of the box without any modding plus the tft screen is amazing. The typing experience is far far better than my old keyboard. Really happy with the purchase. Thankyou hardware corpus for this amazing product
