The wait for the V1 Max was about a month, I kept in touch with Dipraman on WhatsApp throughout this period. There were moments of frustration, but Dipraman was apologizing for the delay and explaining the reasons behind it. As a gesture of goodwill for the extended delivery time, a complimentary mouse pad was sent. I appreciated the transparency, though I gotta say, a bit of a boost in customer service responsiveness wouldn't hurt.
The keyboard itself is a marvel, and despite the slight bumps in the road regarding customer service, the end product is nothing short of impressive.
